Published with netlify using the drag and drop option.
To change/update/deploy files, download zipfolder under deploy details for the site (if you've deleted it from your computer).
Unzip the file and change the name to something related to your site. Make changes and then drag and drop main folder back into the deploys section in deploys page. Currently, I'm using the webdev folder in documents to keep track of this static netlify page.
